Important information about the coronavirus (COVID-19)

Our phone lines are open as normal.

We are experiencing huge demand currently and apologise if you are having trouble contacting us.


Please use our online services for prescription queries here and eConsult to contact a doctor without visiting the practice. Please click here for information.


We are not currently accepting any walk-in requests for appointments, advice or prescriptions.


If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse, please call on 01303 875700 and we will book you a telephone consultation.


Following this consultation, if the doctor recommends a face to face appointment you will be given a time to attend the surgery.


Please do not come to the practice unless you have been asked to do so by a member of our clinical team.


PRESCRIPTIONS

If you need to request medication please use the online prescription service here or send us a message using eConsult.

 

All signed prescriptions will be sent directly to your chosen or nearest pharmacy. If you would like to change your nominated pharmacy please contact us.

The NHS in England and Public Health England (PHE) are well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

Access

The surgery has wheelchair access and a disabled WC. Disabled, Parent & child and Drop of Bays available only, located at the front of the building.
