Conditions covered so far are; Diabetes, COPD, Dementia, Back Pain and Weight management Surgery.
To sign up, email sound doctor: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the name of your pharmacy, our surgeries name and the condition you would like to access.
You will then receive an email with your user details and the Sound Doctor website.
